{"id":3524,"date":"2023-02-14T10:26:05","date_gmt":"2023-02-14T09:26:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hazarquitectura.com\/proyecto\/hotel-omnium\/"},"modified":"2023-09-08T12:43:16","modified_gmt":"2023-09-08T10:43:16","slug":"hotel-omnium","status":"publish","type":"avada_portfolio","link":"https:\/\/hazarquitectura.com\/ca\/projecte\/hotel-omnium\/","title":{"rendered":"Hotel Omnium"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El projecte es basa en l&#8217;adequaci\u00f3 i rehabilitaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;edifici existent en pati interior d\u2019illa (Antiga\u00a0corbatera\u00a0espanyola) i l&#8217;adequaci\u00f3 d&#8217;algunes depend\u00e8ncies de la planta baixa de l&#8217;edifici principal amb fa\u00e7ana al carrer\u00a0Bruc, per a la seva conversi\u00f3 a hotel 3*.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 planteja l&#8217;enderrocament de part de l&#8217;edifici interior, reduint la seva volumetria i alliberant espai interior de l\u2019illa, per a donar m\u00e9s lluminositat i ventilaci\u00f3 als nous espais interiors. En l&#8217;edifici principal s&#8217;obre un espai a doble altura en el seu acc\u00e9s. Es rehabiliten les fa\u00e7anes existents de tots dos edificis, i es projecta la nova fa\u00e7ana a pati interior d\u2019illa.<\/p>\n<p>Tots dos edificis es comuniquen a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un vest\u00edbul d&#8217;independ\u00e8ncia.
