L&#8217;edifici se situa en una parcel\u00b7la rectangular entre mitgeres.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La rehabilitaci\u00f3 planteja la recuperaci\u00f3 de la fa\u00e7ana original i l&#8217;enderrocament del volum afegit posteriorment en planta baixa, per a l&#8217;obertura d&#8217;un gran pati.
